It’s not pronounced Elgin like the watch or the other Elgin up north. It’s pronounced like El Gen. if you’re going to report on a particular place at least speak to some locals too get the pronunciation correct. Do your homework

I just had my Colonoscopy on 6-2-24 Tips: Follow the directions they give you!!! I had Golytely so this prep was lemon- lime flavored and split into 2 doses ( mark the container at 1/2 point) Get sour Gummy Bears ( remove the RED/BLUE ones!! colors can show up as blood) and Lemon drops. You are allowed to have these. Pour solution over ICE- (these solutions can taste salty ) pop one or two of the candies and start to drink solution. Drink solution through a STRAW. I found Gatorade to be gross ( worse than the prep! So I omitted drinking it.) It took 1 1/2 hours to drink 1/2 the solution . About an hour later the party started!! Get Aloe wipes to wipe each time you use the toilet. Do NOT use toilet paper!! Have vaseline or Prep H and apply after you wipe. Wear an Adult Depends- added security . Not fun to walk FAST due the Urgency 💩💩💩 So now the party starts. On this specific solution you are up the entire night. Get some good reading material or movies 🍿 They give you “twilight “ sedation . You do not go under general anesthesia. They put an oxygen cannula (under your nose and the tubing goes behind your ears to hold in place.) A warm blanket is given to you and it feels great! You are told to take slow deep breaths through your nose. I remember taking 3 breaths and was OUT!! You’re a bit groggy when you wake and about 30 mins later you’re fine. The Dr will come to see you before and after procedure. I had “ a tiny 4 mm polyp otherwise all clear.” He was not concerned . Good luck! It’s really not that bad. 🎉💩🎉💩🎉💩🎉💩🎉💩🤣😂

Boh num phut supposed to b crystal clear water. But as there were many people in there so water became unclear. I have been there few times and have always been lucky with clear water and cayaking 😊😊

There’s a bit more to Elgin than bricks and sausages. Maybe happy that the current denizens of Austin don’t know much, about Elgin or Texas in general.

So far didn’t see anything about the live music there. Maybe next time you could visit places like Liberty Tree Tavern. Live music is important in Texas.

We pronounce the town name differently. It’s not like the marbles or other Elgins like the one in Illinois. Thanks for the video.
